Blending spiritual insight, somatic awareness, energetic practices, and reflective exercises, this class explores how compassion becomes self-erasure, why boundaries feel unsafe even when they’re necessary, and how approval-seeking quietly disconnects us from our own truth. Participants will learn to recognize the energetic and nervous-system patterns that drive people-pleasing, release outdated soul contracts and ancestral roles, and begin reclaiming authentic voice, choice, and self-trust.

This is not about becoming harder or less caring. It is about becoming truer, learning how to remain kind without disappearing, connected without over-giving, and loving without self-betrayal.
